Swedish Massage: Swedish massage is the most common and best-known type of massage. If it's your first time ever getting a massage or you don't get massage often, Swedish massage is the best place to start. It is a relaxation massage but is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Prices: Half Hour is $25 Full Hour is $50



Deep Tissue Massage: Deep Tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). Some benefits include but are not limited to: decreasing chronic pain, help with lowering blood pressure, reducing muscle tension, and improving athletic recovery and performance.

Prices: Half Hour is $30 and Full Hour is $60




Foot Scrub: Our marine therapy salt scrub is great for those tired, sore feet! It removes dead skin cells that have become callused, draws out toxins, aids in circulation, and overall exhilarates and refreshes your overworked feet!

Prices: 30 minute salt scrub (feet only) $30 OR add include in a 1 hour massage for $10.


 

Hot Stone Massage: Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands along with placing them on the body. Hot Stone Massage is deeply detoxifying and profoundly relaxing. By combining massage with hot stones, the circulatory system is both stimulated and relaxed. This circulatory activity promotes the release of toxins from the muscles, assisting the body in self-healing. In addition, tense muscles are also softened and eased by the deeply penetrating heat of the stones.

Price: $70 (session is approximately 75 minutes long)

Runners Massage: A massage that focuses on your hips, glutes, legs, and feet. This massage helps lessen muscle tension and improve range of motion, while also making you feel relaxed and rewarded for your hard efforts in training. A must add in your regime!

Raindrop Therapy: Raindrop Therapy combines the science of aromatherapy and light feathered strokes in the application of essential oils, which are applied on various areas of the body to bring balance to the body. It is highly relaxing and your body receives the natural benefits from the essential oils.

Prices: $60 (back only session approximately 50 minutes) OR $80 (full body session approximately 75 minutes)

Prenatal Massage: A massage session catered to each mother -to -be. Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. A relaxing time to reduce pregnancy discomforts such as neck,back, and hip pain. This can also ease stress and anxiety.

Price: $50 ( session is approximately 60 minutes)

Cupping Therapy: This technique is over 1000 years old. It can be used as a form of deep tissue, using suction instead of downward pressure. Cupping helps increase the blood flow, break up adhesions, ease pain and inflammation, and also promote relaxation and well-being.

Ladies’Monthly Support Massage: A therapeutic full body massage to help ease PMS symptoms. Relax with a full body massage on our heated table, a charcoal facemask to help with those bothersome breakouts, ease cramps with hot stones, and battle mood swings with our signature essential oil blend.
